Hermes Flores

Hermes Flores is a lifelong Texan who practices personal injury law in Austin, Texas. Hermes was raised in Fredericksburg, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos in 1999. He went on to attend Texas Southern University in Houston from which he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence and graduated Cum Laude in May 2002. Hermes is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and has been admitted before the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas. He then proceeded to begin his own private practice in 2002 in order to provide individuals help at a personal level during their time of need or injury.

Hermes Flores is an experienced trial attorney who is willing to serve his clients and is able to devote his time to the preparation of a trial. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish and so is able to communicate directly with Spanish speakers. Over the course of his career, Hermes Flores has effectively represented individuals in personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death cases and many more. Hermes strives to provide compassion, understanding, and above all successful results for the injured.

Joe Lopez

With a passion for justice, and a firm belief that juries protect our community, Joe devotes his time and practice to helping people that have been harmed by others. No one ever plans to be hurt or involved in a serious or life changing accident. His philosophy is that no one should suffer long-term injuries or losses for someone else’s negligence.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, he has been fluent in Spanish all his life. This is an added skill that allows Joe to speak directly with clients at all times, providing the highest level of communication for the client who finds himself in an unfamiliar situation. Treating all clients and their problems with respect is a guiding principle Joe learned at a young age and continues to this very day.

Joe has helped many central Texans get just compensation for their sustained injuries. In today’s climate, insurance companies want to pay less and less while charging higher premiums. Insurance companies put their own financial interests ahead of injured parties. Joe feels that anyone injured in an auto accident shall consult an attorney prior to speaking with any insurance adjusters. All information gathered from the injured will be used against them to limit their compensation for medical expenses and other expenses they have suffered.
